Helene Russell’s virtual talks at the 16th Southern African Online Information Meeting (SAOIM) held in Pretoria South Africa, were both insightful and engaging. Her contributions on topics  “Navigating difficult times: the value of failure” and “Knowledge Management project metrics” left a thought provoking impact. Delegates were inspired by her forward-thinking perspective, and her presentations that truly embodied the conference theme: “The Future is Now, Are you Ready?”.
