Knowledge Sharing & Learning

With a Specialism in Cultural and Human Issues

Knowledge Management (KM) is a cumbersome field that embraces library management through to AI. We can help with all aspects of improving process, learning and knowledge sharing, but have a particular specialism in cultural and human issues.

We can help with psychological safety and motivations for improved knowledge sharing, creating innovation teams, process review and preparation for automation, as well as specific learning and sharing tools and techniques, such as communities of practice, after action review programmes and knowledge databases that work for users.

Knowledge Teams

We can help you re-envisage and re-balance your knowledge team and search for the right talented individuals for your growing team and improve everyone’s knowledge, learning and leadership skills.

Being declared the new Head of Knowledge can be a daunting experience. Many take on the role in addition to fee earning, running the library, or heading up learning and development, often without any specialist training. We can help you with training, coaching, ad hoc advice or full-scale implementation work if you are just short of knowledgeable hands.

Similarly, many PSLs and KLs are subject matter experts, but begin their roles knowing little about knowledge management theory and practice. We can help with programmes of training, coaching and knowledge sharing groups.

We’d Love to Work with You
