What are the Next Gen Alliances?

The Next Gen Alliance Network is an exclusive, supportive learning and collaborative community for senior leaders, lawyers and in-house lawyers in practice. It has been created to help legal professionals strengthen their leadership skills and adapt to the challenges of a new era.

The network is led by me, Hélène Russell of TheKnowledgeBusiness, in partnership with Michelle Howard. I am a specialist in collaborative learning, and establishing trusting networks for learning and knowledge sharing, and I have been founding and running similar groups for more than a decade. Michelle is a legal sector leadership and marketing expert within the legal sector with a vast range of experience in the field.

Learning events are delivered virtually, in English, during UK / GMT working day for convenience. If you can attend at those times (whatever time it may be in your time-zone), you are welcome to join. Some learning and networking events will also take place in person, with an option to join virtually.

The network currently includes two tailored groups: Next Gen Partner Alliance and Next Gen In-House Legal Alliance.

What Topics Are Covered?

The programmes are carefully designed to address the leadership capabilities needed for success. Topics vary and are tailored to the needs of members, but typically may include innovation, people and knowledge management, managing stakeholders, client care, influencing others, finance, business development, marketing and more.

While most of the content is planned in advance, we intentionally leave space to include topics that reflect the specific needs and interests of each cohort.

Contributors include practitioners, thought leaders, consultants and academics.

Pricing

The network runs on an annual subscription model. A single annual fee gives members access to learning sessions and virtual and in-person networking opportunities.
