After Action Reviews
After Action Reviews are short (less than a day) structured meetings held immediately after an activity such as a project or legal matter, usually attended by all those involved and facilitated by a Knowledge Manager. It asks four simple questions: What was meant to happen? What actually happened? Why was there a difference? What can we learn from this?
