What Is the Next Gen Partner Alliance?
The Next Gen Partner Alliance is the Alliance which supports newer leaders in legal practice.
We welcome new partners and senior leaders (within 3 years in role), senior associates preparing for partnership, and also more established partners who feel that they need to enhance their leadership skills. We will consider other applications on request.
Membership numbers are limited to ensure quality knowledge sharing and learning and to safeguard confidentiality, so that everyone can share challenges comfortably. We try to avoid having competitor firms in the same cohort.
What Topics Do We Cover?
We will be focusing on key leadership areas to help new partners excel, including innovation, people and knowledge management, client care, finance, business development, marketing and more.
These groups tend to focus on UK law firms, but all lawyers working in partnerships are welcome.
Pricing
As with other Alliances, this group runs on an annual subscription model, with a single annual fee entitling members to attend learning events and join virtual and in-person networking events.
For this Alliance, we primarily offer a corporate membership, which entitles a firm to three named spaces for their new partners.
Introductory offer:
Corporate member: £150 + VAT monthly plan or £1,400 + VAT for the annual plan, for up to 3 partners.
Additional spaces are available to firms which wish to send more than 3 partners to events, and memberships are available for those wishing to purchase a single space on their own behalf. Please get in touch for more details.
