KM: The Works

What’s it about?

This is a day-long intensive foundation level course from the author of the UK Law Society’s “KM Handbook”.

It will explain the theory and practice of knowledge management as it applies to law firms and how you can use KM to further your firm’s business goals, whether they are reduction of costs, increased efficiency or reduced attrition.

You will gain new ways to analyse the flow of knowledge through your business and maximise efficiency and effectiveness, and leave with the tools to begin to write your own KM strategy and implement improvements straightaway.

Fill in your details and I will email or ring you back.
