What’s it about?


This is a half-day course on measurement in KM from the author of the UK Law Society’s “KM Handbook” and “Practical Projects in Legal KM” and contributor to Ark’s “Measuring the ROI of KM”.


It will explain the theory and practice of how to measure law firm KM projects and how you can identify and focus on those projects which are giving you the best ROI.


Learn how to avoid gaming, balance your measurements and find the right measurements for the right projects.


A mix of lecture and workshop so you leave with the confidence to start work right away.
